Supposing God ask you what you see about yourself and the nation, will your professing vision be positive?

Jeremiah's vision was commended and approved of God. He said he saw a rod of an almond tree, and God said he has seen right.

It now seems as though the God-helped vision to Jeremiah dictated to and hastened God's action.

We have read a lot powerful books of great generals of faith which many of us have not come close to their experience at all.

In the process of patterning our lives like them, we loose the originality of who we are  meant to be and thereby repudiate Grace.

The Grace of God makes us fulfilled according to the God-written script of our life, that we might become like Christ. Grace!

Earnest Concentration

Dear brethren, 

Some woeful things might happen in our lives that will require concentration and understanding of God's dealing with us to interpret it well.

There is a wisdom that says that if we fall down, we should try to pick something up. What we pick up is a lesson! Yes!

Importantly, God still bring the best out of our mistakes to make all things to work for our good. More earnestly I say, CONCENTRATE!

Pray for Wisdom

🙋‍♂Dear brethren,

How would you rate the spirituality of Jesus' parent? Yet Jesus, the Most Spiritual man who ever lived honoured his parent while He was under them.🤔

Do you ask "what if my parent ask me to do against the will of God, do I still obey them"? Hmm, even if you will disobey on that, you can yet do it in a honorary way.👌

Our Spirituality is proven by the Wisdom with which we handle family situations. If Jesus grew in wisdom while on earth, neither will you and I need less,...Pray for wisdom!🙏

Not Burdensome, but demanding!

Dear brethren, 

Happy Sunday! 

That none of our biblical promises are automatic does not make this faith burdensome, it only make it demanding. Yes! Our Faith is demanding.

“When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. “Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.” God ’s Decree." Jeremiah 29:13‭-‬14 MSG

May we get serious about finding the Lord henceforth.

Pray the scripture

Dear brethren, 

"For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity." Psalms 125:3

When we see scriptures like this, do we just claim it by quotation or believe it's just automatic? Hmmmm, it must be claimed and affirmed through deliberate prayer. 

The promises of God in The bible has given us the legal ground by which we can win our case in the court of the universe. Know it and pray out the scripture!

Not automatic, Affirm in prayer!

Dear brethren,

Unbelievers make us to feel Christianity is a burden and that we're not different from them because we almost often have the same woes on life matters...hmm

They have gotten the facts and figures of failed Christian couples/homes, a Christian backbitter, a suffering Christian that they feed, a compromising Christian and so on...hmm

The house on the rock and the one on the ground both had the great wind's attack, but the Rocky stood because it was founded on the rock. This is yet not automatic, we must Affirm our Rocky stand in Prayer!

A Prayer

Dear brethren,

Often times we make complaints, make a lot of thinking about a matter, and just count it for a Prayer...NO! Specific requests to God is usually deliberate.

The one who complains is a #Complainer

The one who thinks is a #Thinker

But the one who pray(s) is called A #PRAYER!

What are you known for in the throne room? You can change your status through prayer!

Keep on Praying

🙋‍♂Dear brethren,

A young man and an old man were asked how to know a prayer is answered:

#YOUNG MAN: I simply believe once I prayed it that God will do it If He will.

#OLD MAN: I keep on Praying in faith until I see the result.

While we must not mix instant prayer of Faith with the prayer of importunity, there are many of our prayers that heaven wills and have approved the moment we asked, but continuous prayer of Faith will make it manifest. 👌

Don't give up on that matter, keep on praying until something happens!💪

INTERESTED IN YOU

Often times we think God is not interested in some aspects of our lives that we don't bother to Pray to Him on them. 🤔

Do you know God is interested in your distinction in school...interested in your plaiting of hair...in your playing of football... in you wearing good clothes and good shoes... and He wants you to speak to Him about everything?👌

There's no medal in heaven to have suffered as a Spiritual Christian! Tell it all to God, He's INTERESTED IN YOU!🤗

Don't Assume, Ask!

🙋‍♂Dear brethren, 

Have we discovered that if we do not pray about some matters we may not have visions or informations from God about them? There are no cheap visions but some are more costlier!☹️

Some of us struggle academically not because we're not brilliant, but because we never consider praying about it so serious, we think its automatic. This goes for other aspects.🤔

Jesus still says: "Ask and it shall be given unto you...for those who asks receieves" Matt.7:7. Don't assume, Ask!🙏

Journalistic Study

*🙋‍♂Dear brethren,*

          *Employing a journalistic approach of news writing helps us to study the bible better. Journalism has the five "W's and h". I.e. the Who, What, Where, when, Why and How of an event.*

          *Who does that portion of the scripture you read talks about? What happened? Where did it happened? When did it happened? Why did it happened and How did it happened?*

          *As disciples indeed, we must study to show ourselves approved as unashamed students of the word. Again I say, STUDY!*

Hear and Listen Again

Dear brethren,

          Often times we come across a truth we have once known, we tend to treat it as common and applause the preacher. Some will even count it as a waste of time under such a preacher.

          But no, we should be patient to pray that the Old truth will produce a New life in us.

          Hearing and listening to the word over again produces Faith, Patience and Humility in us and as well brings the best out of us. So I say... HEAR AND LISTEN AGAIN!

Speaking to myself

*Dear brethren,*

           *Happy Sunday.🙋‍♂*

          If Faith comes by hearing the word of God, then I need someone to speak the word to me; as it is written,  how shall they hear without a preacher?

          *If I however have no one to speak the word to my ears, then I need to engage in speaking to myself in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs... (i.e. speak the word to myself)*

          It doesn't say by thinking... we've got to SPEAK LOUD the word of God to the ears of our Spirit for faith to rise. Speak the word to yourself, Now!

100-100=0

Dear brethren, 

          When Jesus said that all power in heaven and on earth has been given unto Him, what does it imply?

     (Let's say out of 100 powers, He has 100, what remains for the devil? 100 - 100 = 0 )

          Jesus made a disgraceful defeat of the devil and made an open show of him, thereby setting a ground for us to walk in victory. 

          Believe in Jesus' Victory today and remind that Stubborn and pretentious Satan that he has been defeated long time ago.

SINCERE Responsibility

Dear brethren,

          Do we really think God is surprised by our mistakes? Do we think He was surprised by what Adam and Eve did? Where then is His omniscience? 

          No! He's not surprised, He even knows what's in our hearts before we express them. So, what then do He want from us? SINCERITY. (GOD: Adam, have you eaten what I told you not to eat? ADAM: Yes, I have...simple!)

          Stop giving excuses for your mistakes and be SINCERE with God, be ready to take RESPONSIBILITY for your doings and you'll receive His mercy.

MERCY AND COURAGE

Dear brethren,

          Still on the ongoing global challenge, allegedly said to be a conspiracy theory. How can a pawpaw(fruit) and a goat(animal) be tested positive of the virus? Does it not suggest that there's something wrong with the testing kits?

           Ignorantly to us that our spiritual leaders consented to church closure before the enforcement, also ignorant to us that a bill to validate vaccine for the virus was almost passed into law just in one seating....hmmm. If the test is legalized in our communities, how do you think the percentage will be?

          We this day ask for mercy and courage for our willing spiritual leaders to triumph.
